Honey's will be governed by a volunteer Board of seven (7) Directors with expertise in:
Non-profit governance
Finance and compliance
Food systems and sustainability
Student advocacy
The Board will provide fiduciary oversight, strategic guidance, and accountability.

Day-to-day operations are managed by paid staff and supported by student employees and volunteers. Key functions include:
Program coordination
Meal coordination
Kitchen and food safety management
Food education
Volunteer coordination
Partnerships, marketing and fundraising
