Rates

Student groups have priority; space fees are waived for all undergraduate and graduate groups. However, an event supervisor fee of $22/hour applies. Please note that a $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any group canceling less than 48 hours in advance.

We aim to be accessible to small organizations. If your group doesn't have the resources to cover the full cost of the space, please contact the event coordinator directly. The supervisor fee is non-negotiable and the same for all groups.
